Baking...one thing that stops me from buying shoes

Last night I attempted a recipe to make home made after-eight mints - they were fairly simple.  I need to perfect a technique to mould them as cutting up the slab cracked the chocolate too much and they looked a bit messy, but taste wise - they were awesome!!!  Would go really well with a cup of tea, or red wine ;)
